This package is designed to assist you in creating the event of your dreams within your budget! It starts at the very beginning of your planning process, and is customized to reflect your own personal vision and to satisfy your unique event day needs.
• Assistance designing the perfect party within your budget
• Unlimited number of in-person, telephone and email meetings/discussions (in-person meetings not to exceed 2 hours and planned more than 48 hours in advance)
• Vendor and site recommendations/research/selection (including site walk-throughs and vendor meetings)
• Review all vendor contracts
• Preparation of the budget including a breakdown of expenses & tips on how to stay within budget
• Invitation selection assistance and assembly (product and postage not included)
• Tracking of guest RSVP's upon request
• Centerpiece, Room Décor & Favor design and assembly (product not included)
• Preparation of event day itineraries
• Assistance with accommodations for out of town guests
• Coordination of the timeline with DJ’s and all other entertainment vendors
• Contact made with all vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss day-of details
• Place cards and/or escort cards assistance and assembly (product not included)
• Set-up of reception extras (room decoration, favors, gift area, etc...)
• Supervision of the reception to ensure a smooth run
• Distribution of final payments to all vendors (upon request)
• Safe delivery of gifts
Full Package Flat Rate ~ $3,000 includes all services listed above
Pricing for a la carte services:
Hourly Rate ~ $50 per hour plus supply cost
